Quality Inn Umatilla - Hermiston

Great location to be for peace and quiet. It's a good spot for anyone interested checking out the rivers and being surrounded with the locals.

The hotel room was spacious and clean. The bed was large and comfortable. The A/C worked well, as did the wifi. The shower had good water pressure. Linens were soft, coffee/tea service, and toiletries as expected. Adequate outlets available to charge electronics. The hotel was quiet and we slept very well. The staff was pleasant and helpful. There was a lovely, inviting swimming pool, though we did not try it. The breakfast was as expected for a Quality Inn. However, we especially appreciated the hard boiled eggs in their shell, and not the often provided rubber eggs. We ate a delicious dinner at the restaurant called "Delish" in Hermiston, about a 10 minute drive from the hotel. Access to the freeway was very good, without the noise of a freeway. Over the years, we have stayed at a number of Quality Inns that could be described similarly to this one. Unfortunately, we recently stayed at another Quality Inn that was an utter failure and disappointment, so we were a bit reluctant to stay again at Quality Inn. But we were pleasantly surprised, and very pleased with this stay, and will stay here again if we're in the area.

Perfect location!! Was pleasantly surprised about the size of the room upon arrival. Bed was so incredibly comfortable. Didn't get to use the pool but It looked nice as well.
